Minimum Order Quantity:

In order to qualify for wholesale pricing a minimum of 5 units is required. 

Shipping:

Shipping and customs charges are to be paid by the buyer at time of checkout.

Returns:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the neons signs arrive damaged to you. Please reach out to us at mangoneonsigns@gmail.comwithin 3 days of neon signs arriving to initiate a refund request.

Order Cancellation: 

Once your order is placed, it immediately starts being processed. Please reach out to mangoneonsigns@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing an order to cancel. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
